Shipping Policy

Preorders

Preorders are shipped as soon as we can, but preorder products are not made until a future date. If your product is marked with a PREORDER in it's title, it is a preorder. See individual listings for expected ship dates and rules. Orders with preorders and non-preorder items will ship at time of shipment for the preorder. This is done to reduce cost, emissions, and tracking of separate shipping.

Shipping Times

Standard Products: All Standard Product Orders are processed the same day M-F for orders placed before 1PM EST. 

Custom Products: Orders are shipped 24-48 hours after order placed unless there is need to contact customer concerning uploaded file.      

Confirmation and Tracking Numbers

Every order will have a confirmation email sent along with tracking numbers that will become activated once scanned by the carrier (after 5PM ET)

Domestic Shipping 

During checkout your cart will provide your shipping rate and provide an estimated shipment duration. Shipping services are provided by FedEx and UPS. They provide estimated times and do not guarantee arrival by that date.   

International Shipments

International Shipments will not have Duties and Taxes in the shipping price that will need to be paid once the package arrives at customs.  Service providers are FedEx and DHL and service times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive and email notification from us which will include tracking number you can use to track its status.  Most tracking numbers become active on first scan around 5PM EST on the day the order is shipped.  Some orders may take up to 48 hours.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Carriers other than USPS have limitations around shipping to PO Boxes. Since we do not use USPS, an alternative would be using FedEx. You can have your package redirected to local pickup locations in place of shipping to a PO Box.  This will require signing up with FedEx Delivery Manager and entering in your packing tracking information and choosing a pickup location. 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

All items purchased from Murdock Industrial Incorporated and its website proximat.net are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Murdock Industrial Incorporated is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss arising from shipment. For more information, visit our Returns and Refunds Policy

Shipping Insurance

Optional Navadium shipping insurance is available at the time of checkout and is based on a percentage of your order. If you elect to go with this coverage, if a mat is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping, a police report must be made. If damaged in shipping, photographic proof must be presented. Once these proper procedures are done, we will ship a new replacement order as soon as possible.

If you elect no optional insurance, We will work with the shipper to find solutions but that can take weeks to months and may or may not provide coverage. There is no guarantee of recovery if you do not have insurance.

Optional Shipping Insurance Considerations*:

  1. On www.proximat.net “Shipping Insurance” will be available to purchase at checkout for an additional fee, our “Shipping Insurance” will guarantee your order will get to you; regardless of being lost in transit, stolen, or damaged in transit. If any of these things happen and you purchased our optional “Shipping Insurance”, you can then reach out to us at support@proximat.net and we can get a replacement set up for you!
  2. Orders which receive free freight or are shipped collect on the Buyer’s account are still subject to the policies in this document and will need to purchase our optional “Shipping Insurance” to be protected in situations of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  3. If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased on an order and a claim is made of Lost shipment but the order was received by a staff member at the Buyer’s facility, a claim of Lost shipment will not be approved as the Buyer did receive the Shipment.
  4. If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased on an order and a claim is made of a Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipment, no refund will be given; our only offer is to ship replacements for the Lost, Stolen, or Damaged items.
  5. If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased on an order and a claim is made of Lost or Stolen Shipment a 48-hour wait period will be enforced prior to processing, often the order will show up during this time. Please allow an additional wait period in cases of Natural Disaster or “Acts of God”.
  6. If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased on an order and a claim is made of a Stolen Shipment, the Buyer must supply proof that they have filed a Police Report for the claim to be approved.
  7. If “Shipping Insurance” is purchased on an order and a claim is made of Damage to materials in the shipping process the Buyer will be required to supply pictures of the Damaged Materials/Packaging and may be required to return the materials to Murdock Industrial Inc. at the Seller’s expense. If these steps are taken and the claim is approved, Murdock Industrial Inc. will replace the damaged materials.
