Standard Products: All Standard Product Orders are processed the same day M-F for orders placed before 2PM EST.
Custom Products: Orders are shipped 24-48 hours after order placed unless there is need to contact customer concerning uploaded file.
Confirmation and Tracking Numbers
Every order will have a confirmation email sent along with tracking numbers that will become activated once scanned by the carrier (after 5PM EST)
During checkout your cart will provide your shipping rate and provide an estimated shipment duration. You can choose standard or expedited shipping. Shipping services are provided by FedEx, UPS and USPS. They provide estimated times and do not guarantee arrival by that date.
International Shipments will have Duties and Taxes Paid for you in the shipping price. These will be door-to-door service without any additional charges after purchase. Service providers are UPS and DHL Express and service times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
When your order is shipped, you will receive and email notification from us which will include tracking number you can use to track its status. Most tracking numbers become active on first scan around 5PM EST on the day the order is shipped. Some orders may take up to 48 hours.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Carriers other than USPS have limitations around shipping to PO Boxes. An alternative to USPS would be using FedEx. You can have your package redirected to local pickup locations in place of shipping to a PO Box. This will require signing up with FedEx Delivery Manager and entering in your packing tracking information and choosing a pickup location.
USPS Shipping Surcharges
USPS has implemented an additional $15 surcharge for packages over 30" in length. You will see this surcharge at checkout for all mats we sell except our traveler and fitness mats. This is their current pricing policy that we have no control over.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We offer free 30 day Returns or exchanges. Use our return link and we will process a shipping label for you at no cost.
