Returns & Replacements

We want to make it easy on you if you are not completely satisfied. You can Start your return and we will send you a prepaid label to send your order back.  Free returns are offered for the 48 contiguous states only.   

Refunds 
Open mats sent back in the same condition as they were received will receive a full refund including shipping charges both ways.  Refunds will be process within 24 hours of return but may take 3-5 business days to be refunded to and by your bank. 

(All returns will be sold as open box returns on other selling channels or offered at a discount to nonprofits. They are not resold on Proximat.net)


Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 days check your bank account one last time and contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@proximat.net


Custom Designed and Clearance Mats 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Custom and Clearance items cannot be refunded.  If you feel we did not provide adequate description of the clearance or custom product you ordered please contact us at support@proximat.net and we will review your request.  

Exchanges 
If the mat you ordered wasn't the right mat for you.  Please start a return/exchange and we will get you a better option.
